Pre-Kindergarten and Child Care Program
(Full Day, Full Year)
Androscoggin Head Start and Child Care's Pre-kindergarten and Child Care program is offered to children ages 3 to 5. Parents/guardians must be employed or attending educational or job training. Fees are low and are based on monthly gross income.
This program is available year round. Classrooms open at 6:30 AM, and close at 5:30 PM. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack are served. Children are encouraged to nap/rest in the afternoon after lunch.

Please bring to the appointment:

Child's birth certificate

Social Security numbers for every member of the household

Proof of household income

4 weeks consecutive pay stubs for every working member of the household (if paid bi-weekly, 2 consecutive pay stubs)

School schedule for any household member continuing their education

Maine Driver's license or State photo ID

Child's immunization record (may be obtained from child's Doctor's Office, and faxed directly to the enrollment office, 795-4089)

Maine Care Card (if applicable)

TANF statement (if applicable)

Copy of Child Support order (if applicable)
